Cancellation Policy: Elevate: Expanding Resilience, August 2022

In the event you choose to cancel before July 14, 2022, you’ll receive a refund, less the deposit. For cancellations on or after July 15, 2022, you’ll receive 1/2 of the full registration fee, less the deposit. We are not able to offer refunds after July 30, 2022. Alternatively, at any time, you may transfer your spot and payments made to another participant suitable for the retreat if you are unable to come. Please contact us if you need to transfer your registration.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the trip and/or itinerary may be adjusted to ensure the safety of the group. For example, if weather conditions do not allow our kayaking excursion to take place on Friday we will try to move it to Saturday or you will be refunded the portion of your registration that covered the guided kayaking trip.

In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, government intervention, acts of god, etc., we may choose to cancel the entire retreat. If this is the case, participants can 1) attend the rescheduled trip or 2) receive a full refund.
